Blue Tongues Prepared For North Stars
After destroying the Bears last weekend at the Lizard Pit, the Blue Tongues look to seek revenge on the Newcastle North Stars for the loss they suffered a few weeks back.
The Blue Tongues are not the same team that the North Stars faced 2 weeks ago. The undisciplined play is gone, the penalties are less common and the team has started to gain momentum and chemistry.
None more so than the newly formed top line of imports Gaetan Royer, Brian Lachance and local player Jack Conner. That line dominated the Bears last weekend and looks to repeat that against the North Stars tomorrow.
The Bears didn't know what hit them last week... quite literally. The Blue Tongues played a strong physical game, hammering the Bears into submission on Saturday. The North Stars will need to be prepared for that if they stand a chance to beat this team.Sam Hansen, 20 June 2008
